Online Training Terms and Conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions applying to all Online training provided by USP Training Limited


Upon registration for your online account you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not complete your registration.

You must be over the age of 18 to register as an online account user.

You will be required to fill in some registration information and will be required to submit your payment details in order to confirm your place on the Course. Payment for your course will be taken through Credit or Debit card, PayPal or BACS unless invoice terms have been agreed. For Credit and Debit card payments we use a secure third party solution, World Pay.

Once you have clicked to confirm the booking and payment for the Course has cleared we will send you a confirmation email with your login details at which point a binding contract between you and USP will have been formed.

You must complete the online course no later than 12 months following the date on which we send login details and password confirmation for accessing the course(s) We will not be obliged to commence or continue provision of the online course if you fail to complete the online course within 12 months.


We are confident that you will be highly satisfied with our online training. Do make sure you read the detailed programme information and view the taster video before you make your purchase.

You’ll need to call us on +44 (0)20 7495 2100 to cancel your purchase. Normally no refunds can be given once the materials have been accessed.

Login Details

You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Details and agree not to provide them to any other person. You specifically agree that you are responsible for any activities that occur on your account.

Access to the online training portal is controlled by each user having unique account details. These take the form of a username and password.

You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone else. We may disable any account at any time if we believe that you have failed to comply with these conditions of use. Please note that sharing account details is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

You agree that USP Training Limited is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from any breach of security caused by your failure and/or the failure of other persons who obtain access through you to maintain the confidentiality of your Login Details. You agree to notify USP Training Limited immediately if you suspect that your Login Details have been lost or stolen or that an unauthorised person has obtained access to the Service using your Login Details.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the website (including access to the Internet via an Internet Service Provider and any associated costs) and for maintaining your computer system and any other equipment required by you to access the website. USP Training Limited makes no warranties regarding the access, speed, timeliness or availability of the Internet or network services.

Warranty and Liability

USP Training Limited may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. The latest version of these terms and conditions will govern any future usage by you of the Site.

You must take appropriate steps to ensure that you regularly check for viruses when using the website on any device. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond our control.

Whilst we do our best to ensure that our website is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason it is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or any part of it at any time, without notice, for any reason (including without limitation any breach of these terms and conditions).

You acknowledge that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of USP Training Limited. You agree that you will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the course materials to third parties, nor use for running your own courses without prior consent confirmed in writing by USP Training Limited.

You agree not to record (audio or video) a course or any part of a course using any recording device.

This contract is governed in all respects by English Law and the Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract which cannot be resolved between the Parties, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be the UK. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of England.

The parties hereby agree that if any part of these Conditions be found to be unreasonable, invalid or unlawful under any enactment or rule of law pertaining thereto the Arbitrator, Court or other competent Tribunal shall have the power to strike out, over-ride or amend that part and enforce these conditions as if the unreasonable, invalid or unlawful part or parts aforesaid had originally been written in their form as so varied.
